Actor Akshay Oberoi is gearing up for his next major release, ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups,’ which stars Yash in the lead role. He recently shared insights about the film, emphasizing that it pushes the boundaries of Indian cinema, both visually and narratively.

Release Details

Yash’s ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups’ is scheduled to hit theaters on March 19. This action-drama extravaganza is directed by Geetu Mohandas and has been shot in both English and Kannada, with plans for releases in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and more.

The film features a stellar cast, including Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth, and Sudev Nair. Jointly produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Yash under KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, Toxic is poised for a sweeping release, both nationwide and globally.

Upcoming Projects

In addition to this, Akshay will also be seen in the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer “King.” In September, he traveled to Poland to shoot for the film. A source close to the project confirmed Akshay’s casting, saying, “Yes, King is being shot in Poland right now. Akshay has flown there and will be there for a week. He’s shooting for the project in the capital.”

Directed by Siddharth Anand, King also features an impressive ensemble cast, including SRK’s daughter Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Jaideep Ahlawat, Anil Kapoor, and Abhay Verma, promising a thrilling high-octane drama.
