Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is set to make her highly anticipated return to the Telugu film industry with “Maa Inti Bangaram.”
First Look Poster Unveiled
To amplify the excitement surrounding this drama, the makers have released the first look poster directed by BV Nandini Reddy. The poster showcases Samantha standing inside a bus, clad in a simple brown saree, exuding an intensity that hints at an upcoming confrontation.
Sharing this poster with her followers on Instagram, Samantha stated, “You just keep watching… #MaaIntiBangaram will be connecting with y’all.(sic).”
Along with the poster, she also announced that the teaser trailer for “Maa Inti Bangaram” will be out on 9th JAN at 10 AM.
A Physically Demanding Role
The shoot for this project, created by Samantha’s husband, Raj Nidimoru, has already wrapped up. Remarkably, Samantha has undertaken most of the action sequences herself, and that too while wearing a saree, making “Maa Inti Bangaram” one of her most physically demanding performances to date.
A source close to the project revealed, “After ‘The Family Man’ and ‘Citadel’, Samantha wanted to challenge herself further. In Maa Inti Bangaram, she’s doing most of the action herself, and doing it in a saree. It’s physically demanding and visually powerful, a portrayal audiences rarely get to see.”
Backed by Tralala Moving Pictures
The film is being produced by Samantha under her home banner, Tralala Moving Pictures, alongside Raj Nidimoru and Himank Duvurruu.
Producer Himank Duvvuru discussed the vision for the film, sharing, “‘Maa Inti Bangaram’ was envisioned as a story rooted in emotion and values, but told with the scale and energy of a true action spectacle. Samantha taking on the challenge of performing most of the action herself, and doing it in a saree, brings a rare, powerful authenticity to the film.
