Actor Anil Kapoor welcomed his friend Salman Khan to the 60s with a heartfelt post on social media.

Reflecting on their enduring friendship, Anil shared, “Our friendship has always been simple…sometimes we meet more when we’re working on a film together, and sometimes even when we’re not. But the love and bond have always remained the same.”

Expressing his hopes for the future, he added, “I truly hope this friendship, this warmth we share, lasts forever. Welcome to the 60s, my friend. ❤️”

Anil also shared treasured memories with Salman throughout the years. The duo has collaborated on several projects, including “Biwi No. 1” in 1999, “No Entry” in 2005, “Yuvvraaj” in 2008, and “Race 3” in 2018.

Salman received numerous warm wishes from others in the entertainment industry on his special day via social media.

On the professional front, the makers of his upcoming war drama “Battle of Galwan” unveiled a gripping teaser on Salman’s birthday. He will portray an Indian Army officer in the film, which showcases him with a weathered look, embodying controlled aggression and a silence that speaks volumes.

Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the movie is based on the Galwan stand-off between India and China, which resulted in the loss of 20 Indian soldiers, alongside casualties on the Chinese side as well.

Produced by Salma Khan under Salman Khan Films, “Battle of Galwan” features Chitrangada Singh as the leading lady, along with Zeyn Shaw, Ankur Bhatia, Abhilash Chaudhary, Vipin Bhardwaj, and Heera Sohal in key roles.
