Global star Priyanka Chopra recently joined her husband Nick Jonas and the Jonas Brothers for their well-known pre-show ritual.
Nick shared a lively video on Instagram featuring himself, Priyanka, and brothers Kevin and Joe Jonas, all dancing to the classic Bollywood hit “Aap Jaisa Koi” from the 1980 film “Qurbani,” which starred Feroz Khan, Vinod Khanna, and Zeenat Aman.
The quartet was clearly having a blast, enjoying the peppy lyrics of the song, with the clip captioned “Tonight’s pre-show hype song (sic).”
Nick has been showcasing his love for Bollywood music through these pre-show hype songs recently. In a previous post, he shared a clip of himself and his team enjoying the “Shararat” song from Aditya Dhar’s “Dhurandhar.” He mentioned that he has adopted this catchy number as his new pre-show hype song, displaying energetic dance moves with friends in the video. The post was captioned “New pre-show hype song unlocked (sic).”
The track, featuring powerful vocals by Madhubanti Bagchi and Jasmine Sandlas, boasts energetic music composed by Shashwat Sachdev. Before this, Nick had also chosen Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani’s “Aavan Jaavan” from “War 2” as his hype track. He shared another fun clip of himself getting into the groove with this upbeat Bollywood number, with a text overlay stating, “My hype up song before every show on the tour.”
Nick and Priyanka first met at the Vanity Fair Oscars afterparty, where Nick reportedly expressed his feelings for the ‘Desi Girl.’ He proposed to Priyanka on her birthday in July 2018 in London, and they tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony that honored both Hindu and Christian traditions on December 1, 2018.
