Actress Shivaleeka Oberoi is excited to announce her first pregnancy with husband Abhishek Pathak.
The couple shared this joyful news through a heartfelt post on social media, stating, “Our love story has found it’s sweetest verse — a tiny blessing is joining our universe (Baby angel, evil eye and Dizzy emojis) (sic).”
Their announcement included a delightful photo of the pair sharing a warm embrace, with Shivaleeka holding a pair of tiny knitted socks. They also posted an adorable picture standing in front of a Christmas tree, holding an ornament that read, “Baby Pathak arriving 2026.”
Following the announcement, congratulatory messages flooded in for the couple. Actress Rakul Preet Singh commented, “Oh wowwww congrats,” accompanied by three red heart emojis. Actor Sharib Hashmi wrote, “Many many congratulations aap dono ko,” followed by red heart emoticons. Actresses Ishita Dutta and Esha Gupta also expressed their joy with red hearts and evil eye emojis.
Shivaleeka and Abhishek’s love story began while they were working on the film “Khuda Hafiz” in 2020, which featured Vidyut Jammwal in the lead role. After developing a bond, the couple got engaged in July 2022 and married in a private ceremony in February 2023 at Goa, surrounded by family and close friends, including actor Ajay Devgn.
Shivaleeka made her acting debut with “Yeh Saali Aashiqui” in 2019 and gained recognition with “Khuda Haafiz” in 2020. She was most recently seen in “Khuda Haafiz: Chapter 2 – Agni Pariksha” in 2022, reprising her role as Nargis alongside Vidyut.
Abhishek, on the other hand, is known for directing “Drishyam 2,” which starred Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran, Tabu, and Akshaye Khanna.
