Actress Kareena Kapoor, a devoted mother to her two sons, Taimur and Jeh, recently shared her parenting philosophy with her followers on social media.
Kareena’s Vision for Her Children
Kareena aims not just for her children to be the smartest individuals but also the kindest. She hopes for them to learn to love those who differ from them, believing that while professional achievements may fade, strong character endures.
In a post shared on her Instagram Stories, she quoted: “I don’t just want my kids to be smart. I want them to be kind. To love people who are different. To use their voices even when they shake. To live with faith even when the world makes fun of it. Because grades fade, jobs change, trophies collect dust – but character? That’s forever (sic).”
Expressing her sentiments on social media, Kareena added, “Happy Sunday Dosts,” along with a red heart, rainbow, and star emoji.
Personal Life
Kareena married actor Saif Ali Khan in October 2012. They welcomed their first son, Taimur, in 2016, and their second son, Jeh, in 2021.
Upcoming Projects
On the work front, Kareena is currently engaged with Meghna Gulzar’s much-anticipated crime drama, “Daayra.” The film, produced by Junglee Pictures and Pen Studios, will also feature Prithviraj Sukumaran in a significant role.
Recently, Kareena shared a candid moment on social media, noting that Meghna has been taking her on a unique journey across various locations in Mumbai, from Khalapur to Bhiwandi and Virar.
A source close to the production mentioned, “Kareena has been shooting extensively for Daayra, traveling through remote areas with Meghna.”
“It’s been a very hectic shoot for the team, moving from one location to another, but the energy on set has been incredible. It takes long hours to reach the more distant spots of Mumbai, but Kareena is loving every ride as she experiences the real Mumbai,” the source added.
