Shilpa Shetty Feels ‘Blessed’ After Spiritual Visit to Goddess Lakshmi’s Shrine in Kolhapur!

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra recently visited the sacred Mahalaxmi Temple in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. She shared a snapshot from her divine visit on social media.

In the photo, Shilpa is seen inside the temple dressed in a vibrant yellow saree, holding a beautifully decorated offering plate filled with flowers and flashing a warm smile at the camera. She is accompanied by a few friends, with temple priests visible in the background. Her caption read, “#kolhapurlaxmitemple #blessed.”

The past few months have been spiritually uplifting for Shilpa. Shortly before her temple visit, she brought home Sai Baba’s sacred Kafni and Paduka, expressing gratitude as she welcomed these holy symbols into her home, describing it as a blessing and a moment of divine grace.

In a video shared on her social media, Shilpa, along with her husband Raj Kundra and other family members, is seen worshipping Sai Baba’s sacred belongings. She added late superstar singer Lata Mangeshkar’s chorus “Shirdi Majhe Pandharpur” as a musical backdrop.

Shilpa expressed, “Filled with gratitude and love as I bring home your sacred Kafni and Paduka, Sai. May your divine presence fill my home and heart, guiding me with Shraddha and Saburi. Om Sai Ram. #gratitude #love #blessings #miracles.”

For those unaware, the “Kafni” is the robe-like attire worn by Shirdi Sai Baba, while the “Paduka” symbolizes his sacred sandals or footprints. Devotees view these items as immensely blessed, often welcoming them at home as a gesture of deep respect and devotion to Sai Baba.

On the work front, Shilpa made her film comeback in 2021 with ‘Hungama 2’, marking her return after a 14-year hiatus. She was also recently featured as a judge on the reality show ‘Super Dancer Chapter 5’. Shilpa is set to appear next in the Kannada action entertainer ‘KD: The Devil’, where she plays the role of Satyavati. The film, directed by Prem, includes a star-studded cast featuring Sanjay Dutt, V. Ravichandran, Ramesh Aravind, Reeshma Nanaiah, and Nora Fatehi.
