Kartik Aaryan Celebrates Birthday at Siddhivinayak Temple, Fans Go Wild!

Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan celebrated his birthday on November 22 by visiting the revered Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai. Dressed in a striking all-white outfit, he wore a yellow sash adorned with Ganpati shlokas in red.

As he sought the blessings of Ganpati Bappa, Kartik was warmly greeted by a crowd of fans who gathered around his car. The birthday boy took time to snap selfies with his admirers, expressing gratitude to the paparazzi who braved the heat to capture moments of his special day. Earlier this year, in January, Kartik had also visited the same temple to seek blessings for the New Year.

Upcoming Projects

On the professional front, Kartik Aaryan is gearing up for the release of his latest film, Tu Meri Main Tera, Tu Mera Main Teri, co-starring Ananya Panday. The movie is slated for a Christmas release on December 25, and Kartik has been actively promoting it alongside his co-star.

Reflecting on 2024, it proved to be a successful year for him, with notable films like Chandu Champion and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 receiving acclaim from both critics and audiences. While Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, featuring Madhuri Dixit, Vidya Balan, and Tripti Dimri, performed exceptionally well at the box office, Chandu Champion received a more mixed reaction. However, Kartik’s performance earned him a Filmfare Award for Best Actor for Chandu Champion.

Heartfelt Acceptance Speech

In a heartfelt video shared on social media, Kartik expressed his emotions upon receiving his first Filmfare Best Actor honor. He spoke about the significance of the moment, saying, “There are certain moments in life where you feel that this is happening in real life, and this is at night, where I actually feel that this is a dream. The more I talk about that film and you, Kabir sir, that is less. When I first heard about the story of Murlikant Petkar’s journey, I heard a story about a man who never stopped believing in himself.”

He continued, sharing how the journey felt personal to him: “When others stopped believing in him, it made me feel personal. I don’t know how to put it in words, but that journey came for me in my entire career. It was the best journey of my life. And the two years that we spent together, I owe it to Kabir sir. He is one of the finest directors of Indian cinema.”

Kartik also expressed gratitude to his parents, saying, “My mom and dad are here. And I am so happy that this moment is happening in front of them. We have seen TV since childhood, holding the film trophy. I think this used to happen in my house too. We have always thought of this moment. And when I became an actor, the first thing was, ‘When will I get a film trophy for Best Actor?’ And thank you so much for this.”

Finally, he thanked Filmfare and his fans, stating, “Thank you to all the fans who have given me so much love to date. I love you all. I have always said this. My godfathers are my fans. And they have supported me the most. To all the dreamers out there, even if you feel that we won’t be able to do this, this journey is going to end here. I would just like to tell you one thing. You all have a champion in you. The champion does fall. But never stops. Thank you so much.”
