Varun Dhawan Challenges ‘BB 19’ Contestants to Exchange Shayari Roasts!

This weekend, host Salman Khan welcomed the vibrant cast of the highly anticipated movie “Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari” to the ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode of “Bigg Boss 19.” The star-studded lineup included Janhvi Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Sanya Malhotra, Rohit Saraf, and Maniesh Paul.

Varun’s Shayari Challenge

During his one-on-one with the contestants, Varun Dhawan encouraged the housemates to throw light-hearted jabs at each other using shayari. A promo recently revealed contestant Amaal Malik saying, “Baatie karte hain ye sab mere aggression ki, magar karte khud peeche se vaar hain, itna sochne ki zarurat nahi hain janab, naam inka Nehal, Praneet, aur Awez Darbar hain.”

Fellow contestant Mridul Tiwari chimed in with, “Main to hari hu, bechari hu, sabse badi dukhyari hu, idhar roungi, udhar roungi, aur raat main chugli karke mast soungi,” taking a playful dig at Amaal.

The makers shared the latest promo for the ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode, captioning it, “Gharwaalon ne dikhaayi apni shayari skills, teekhe jawaabon se dediye sabko chills! Dekhiye #BiggBoss19 ka naya episode, har roz raat 9 baje #JioHotstar par aur 10:30 baje @colorstv par. (sic)”

In a light-hearted moment, Salman also made a subtle reference to his past relationships. When he inquired about the premise of “Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari,” Varun explained that the film explores the theme of “relationships,” revealing that he gets dumped multiple times throughout the story. Janhvi, Sanya, and Rohit added that they too experience similar challenges in the film.

Reacting with humor, Salman quipped, “Are you guys making a film on my film?” alluding to his past romances.

Salman’s love life has often made headlines, featuring well-known actresses like Katrina Kaif, Aishwarya Rai, Somy Ali, and Sangeeta Bijlani, though the list of his rumored relationships is believed to be extensive.

“Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari” is set for a theatrical release on October 2, coinciding with Dussehra.
