Malayalam superstar Mammootty recently congratulated his close friend and fellow superstar Mohanlal on receiving the prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke Award, stating that he truly deserves this honor.

Among the first to celebrate was the well-known cinematographer and director Priyadarshan, a close friend of Mohanlal.
