Embrace Your True Self: Sherlyn Chopra Inspires Body Positivity After Breast Implant Removal

Actress Sherlyn Chopra has recently made headlines following her decision to remove her breast implants. In a detailed press conference, she shared the reasons behind this significant choice.

    Sherlyn’s Journey

During the press conference, Sherlyn Chopra stated, “Today I am going to talk about why I chose to remove the implants. I had always thought that I was strong and always had a notion fixed in my head of ‘Bigger The Better’ (Bade Achhe Lagte Hain).”

Holding up the silicon implants that were recently taken out, she revealed, “From 2021 until November 10, I was continuously struggling with chronic pain—neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, chest pain, shortness of breath, brain fog, and more. After undergoing numerous medical investigations, it was discovered that the root cause was my heavy breast implants. You won’t believe it, but after having these heavy implants removed, I lost two kilograms. You can imagine the relief I felt. Not only did I get relief from the pain, but I also got rid of the artificial burden.”

    A Call for Self-Acceptance

Sherlyn continued, “In the pursuit of social media advice and views, we put our lives at risk by taking such irrational decisions. But now I don’t want to involve my body in any of this. Enough is enough.”

She also discussed societal perceptions of beauty, questioning, “The definition of ‘sex bomb’ or ‘bombshell’ has been set in today’s society. The statistics of a 36-24-36 figure body have been set in mind. But who has set them? Why do we believe that statistics represent an hourglass figure? And that anything other than that number is not perfect?”

Her plea for authenticity was clear as she remarked, “Who decides what is a perfect figure and what is not? Enough is enough. It is high time that we start embracing our authenticity, our realness. We should take pride in who we really are and how far we have come. Maybe my breasts are small. Maybe my nose is small. But I am a creation of God, and He loves me the way He has made me.”

For those who may not know, Sherlyn Chopra recently had her breast implants removed and urged everyone to love themselves just as they are.

Bollywood star Shraddha Kapoor’s brother, actor Siddhanth Kapoor, has been summoned by the Mumbai Crime Branch’s Anti-Narcotics Cell in connection with a Rs 252 crore drug case.

    Interrogation Details

Siddhanth’s name came up during the questioning of Mohammed Salim Mohammed Suhail Shaikh, a key accused in the Rs 252 crore mephedrone seizure. The actor has been asked to appear for questioning at the Ghatkopar unit on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

    Previous Incidents

This is not Siddhanth’s first encounter with drug-related issues. In June 2022, he was arrested in Bengaluru after testing positive for MDMA (ecstasy) and marijuana following a hotel party raid. He was booked under Sections 22A, 22B, and 27B of the NDPS Act. Siddhanth claimed that his drinks and cigarettes had been laced with drugs without his knowledge. He was later released on station bail, as police classified the incident as a consumption case rather than a commercial trafficking case.

    Denial of Allegations

Siddhanth has denied any significant involvement in trafficking, and his father, Shakti Kapoor, has publicly refuted the allegations.

    Orry’s Summons

In addition, social media influencer Orry has received a second summons, requiring him to appear at the ANC Ghatkopar unit on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, to record his statement in connection with the case.

Orry, whose real name is Orhan Awatramani, has become a pop-culture phenomenon without claiming a conventional profession. He is friends with many new-generation Bollywood actors and is known for his vibrant social media presence. Positioned between a socialite, influencer, and Gen-Z performance artist, Orry has built a persona characterized by his visibility, connections, and unapologetic flamboyance. He is the son of Suraj K. Awatramani, a businessman involved in real estate, hospitality, and beverage manufacturing.

  • Shefali Shah Reveals Why She Broke Down in Tears at Delhi Crime 3 Release

Shefali Shah Reveals Why She Broke Down in Tears at Delhi Crime 3 Release

Actress Shefali Shah, who is receiving a lot of positive response to the 3rd season of her International Emmy-winning series ‘Delhi Crime’, has shared that she was “weeping with relief” once the show was released, and the early reviews were out.

On Friday, the actress took to her Instagram, and shared a long note. She shared that this time around, she pitched her lead character of Vartika Chaturvedi. In the 3rd season, her character has been promoted but with a punishment posting in Assam.

    Shefali on shaping Vartika

Talking about the changes she did to her character in the 3rd season, she shared, “I was terrified. It is the understatement of the century before ‘Delhi Crime 3’ dropped. I played a different side of Vartika this time. She felt the pain and anger with equal and more intensity, but instead of showing it, she channelled it into finding the girls. All situations require one aspect that’s more prevalent than others. Certain situations need to be handled with power, certain with strength, certain with command, certain with force, and certain like this one, with compassion and empathy”.

She further mentioned that this time, there was no bravado for her character. Rather, it was just perseverance and a relentless pursuit to find the girls and do what she believes she was born to do, protect, safeguard and get justice.

She went on, “When I saw the show myself, I didn’t know if you’ll would be able to see my version of Vartika and love her as much as the last time. A lot of times histrionics, drama, heightened emotion is considered a good performance. But I wasn’t performing, I was just becoming her, and this is how she felt. I didn’t know if this side of Vartika, without her bravado, would land”.

She continued, “But when the show dropped and I read the reviews, I was overjoyed and weeping with relief. But then started the outpour of your love. Not only did you understand her, but you’ll felt her, rooted for her, backed her and accepted her with open hearts. You’ll didn’t just watch her go through every moment, you’ll lived it with her and me (sic)”.

“You’ll made me realise two things: 1. We often don’t give enough credit to the audience’s intelligence and sensitivity. 2. I’m lucky to be loved so much. Truly. I’m overwhelmed beyond words. I’m grateful and humbled more than I can show. And it’s too small a word to encapsulate all that I feel for you’ll but just THANK YOU. THANK YOU SO SO SO00000 MUCH. I’m truly blessed to have your love and blessings. Forever indebted, Yours Shefali. P.S. I read all the messages and try, and reply to most, but I may have missed some or can’t reply to all. But please know I feel every bit of your love. So to every single one of you”
