Simultaneous Championships
This tournament marks the first occasion that the men’s and women’s National Championships are taking place simultaneously at the same venue, with 600 boxers from across the country competing in 10 weight categories each for men and women.
Amit Panghal Shines
Amit, competing in the Bantamweight category, showcased his skills by dominating Usman Mohd Sultan of Bihar, securing an unanimous decision victory.
Sagar’s Tough Battle
In the heavyweight category, Sagar faced a challenging bout against Edwin from Kerala but ultimately clinched the win by a split decision.
