India’s men’s white-ball tour of Bangladesh has been included in the Bangladesh Cricket Board’s itinerary for international matches in 2026. Apart from India, the calendar features Bangladesh hosting Pakistan, New Zealand, Australia, and the West Indies for bilateral series across all three formats.
International Cricket Season
“The confirmed itinerary ensures a season full of international cricket in Bangladesh, providing supporters across the country the opportunity to watch top-level cricket at home. Details of match venues will be announced in due course,” stated the BCB.
India’s tour of Bangladesh was originally scheduled for August 2025 but has been moved to September 2026 due to political unrest. According to the BCB’s itinerary, India is set to arrive in Bangladesh on August 28.

Pakistan Tour
Pakistan will arrive in Bangladesh on March 9 for a three-match ODI series that will take place from March 12 to March 16. New Zealand’s white-ball tour of Bangladesh will commence with three ODIs starting April 17, followed by three T20Is beginning April 27 and concluding on May 2.
Australia and West Indies Visits
Pakistan will additionally come to Bangladesh on May 4 to play two Tests as part of the ICC World Test Championship cycle. The first Test is scheduled from May 8 to May 12, and the second match will take place from May 16 to May 20. Australia’s white-ball tour will begin on June 5 with three ODIs, followed by a three-match T20I series from June 15 to June 20.
After hosting India, Bangladesh will engage in a two-match Test series against the West Indies, also falling under the WTC cycle. After a three-day warm-up match from October 22 to 24, the first Test is slated for October 28 to November 1, while the second match will be held from November 5 to 9.
Sri Lanka ‘A’ Team Tour
The BCB also announced that the Sri Lanka ‘A’ team will tour Bangladesh in May 2026 for a series against the hosts ‘A’ side, which will include two four-day matches and 50-over games.
