The unit of director Abhishek Nama’s highly anticipated pan-Indian film ‘Nagabandham’ has begun shooting the film’s high-stakes climax. Featuring actors Virat Karrna, Nabha Natesh, and Iswarya Menon in lead roles, the production is now focused on completing this crucial sequence.
Sources close to the unit reveal that the climax, being filmed at Ramanaidu Studios, is one of the most ambitious finale sequences ever attempted in a mythological action drama. The costs for just this climax sequence alone have reached an impressive Rs 20 crore.
‘Nagabandham’ is described as a dream project for director Abhishek Nama, who is particularly cautious about executing the climax episode.
A Grand Set Design
Central to this grand finale is a massive, symbolically rich set featuring a monumental sacred door, designed by production designer Ashok Kumar. This set beautifully captures the grandeur of ancient temple architecture. To elevate the action sequences, the makers have enlisted renowned Thai stunt master Kecha Khamphakdee.
Star-Studded Cast
The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, including Nabha Natesh and Iswarya Menon as the female leads, along with Jagapathi Babu, Jayaprakash, Murali Sharma, and B.S. Avinash in supporting roles.
