The actress was born on 4th Feb 1974 into a Hindu- Maharashtrian family. The actress made her first film debut as a child artist in B.R. Chopra’s Karma (1977). Along with Hindi films, the Marathi mirchi also worked in Telugu, Malayalam, Marathi and Tamil films.
