Vadh Review: What is the difference between murder and slaughter, you will say that there is only one thing but no, it is not the same thing. Why is it not, you can understand this by watching this film of Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta. This is a great film which does not give you a chance to move from the seat. The twists and turns blow the senses and you are surprised that an old man can even do this.

Shambhunath Mishra i.e. Sanjay Mishra is a retired teacher and lives in Gwalior with his wife Manju Mishra i.e. Neena Gupta. Had taken loan for son’s education. The son has settled abroad and now he does not even have time to talk to his parents. Those from whom he has taken loan are troubling Sanjay Mishra and in the meanwhile something happens that Sanjay Mishra gets killed. And after that the situation becomes such that they go to the police station and tell everything but still they are not caught. Why does this happen, what twists and turns come in the story that you are shocked again and again. For this, definitely go to the theater because this story should be seen in the theater. This story also shows the pain of many elderly parents whose children keep distance from them.

Sanjay Mishra has done a wonderful job. An old man who cannot even speak in front of the goons, how does he commit a murder and then how does he hide his crime. Sanjay Mishra has played this character with complete perfection. After the indifference of the son, the expression on his face bothers you too and the way he reacts after the slaughter surprises you. This is probably one of the best characters of Sanjay Mishra. Neena Gupta has also done a great job. How the mother’s affection does not diminish even after the child’s indifference. It shows Nina’s character brilliantly. Saurabh Sachdeva is in the negative role and his work is also very good. Manav Vij impresses a lot in the role of a policeman.

how is the movie
The beginning seems a bit slow. The story seems to be progressing very slowly but it is a build up of a great story which you understand later. The second half is the life of the film and does not give you a chance to move from the seat. Twists come one after the other and you are very surprised.

Jaspal Singh Sandhu and Rajeev Barnwal have written and directed the film and both of them have done this work brilliantly. The first half could have been tightened a bit, but you forget everything as soon as the second half starts. It is really amazing to show the pain of the elderly who are troubled by the indifference of children through a thriller.

Overall, this film should be seen in theatres, if we do not support good cinema then how will good cinema be made?
