An action hero Review: When a film of Ayushmann Khurrana comes, there is a different expectation because he has made his image like this. This time he is doing action, so it seemed that something new would happen this time. On top of that, if a strong actor like Jaideep Ahlawat was with him, it seemed that there would be some ruckus, but the ruckus turned out to be too much. Which may also spoil your digestion.

This is the story of a superstar named Manav who is shooting in Haryana. Municipal councilor Jaideep Ahlawat i.e. Bhura’s brother Vicky has to be photographed with Manav in the area where the shooting is taking place. After waiting for several hours, Manav comes to take a photo, but the photo is not clicked and then Manav leaves for UK. Vicky goes after Manav. Vicky is killed and then Bhura goes after Manav. Some other people also follow Manav. Why does the UK police go after Bhura and you go after the story or try to? But can’t seem to find it. After this, where the story goes, you will have to catch it only after coming to the theatre. Twists also come, turns also come, but somewhere they seem childish too.

Ayushman Khurana has done a good acting in the character of Manav. He is frozen in this role. This character is different from the rest of his films and you enjoy watching Ayushmann on screen. Whereas Jaideep Ahlawat has given his life in the character of Bhura. When he speaks dialogues in Haryanvi, there is a lot of applause. Jaideep’s acting is the life of this film. The film is good in terms of acting but not so good in terms of story. Anirudh Iyer has directed the film. Seeing the first half, it seems that there will be more fun ahead, but in the second half, it seems that from where the story came. The tinge of comedy is also good in the first half and you laugh a lot but this does not happen in the second half. The film is good in bits and pieces and doesn’t hook you completely. The ending makes you feel like this action hero is a pirated version of KGF’s Rocky Bhai.

There is also a song by Malaika Arora Khan and Nora Fatehi in the film, but that is not a reason to go to the theater, you can definitely watch this film for the superb acting of Ayushmann Khurrana and Jaideep Ahlawat.
