On December 12, Delhi’s Patiala House Court will hear the arguments of the lawyers of all the accused before framing charges against all the accused including Sukesh Chandrashekhar.

During the arguments on framing of charges, Jacqueline Fernandes’s lawyer will try to tell the court with his arguments that the allegations made by the Delhi Police in the charge sheet filed against Jacqueline are completely baseless. Jacqueline will defend herself before the court

After the arguments on framing of charges, the court will decide whether Delhi Police has prima facie facts to prove the allegations mentioned in the charge sheet or whether Jacqueline’s stand is prima facie. as correct. If the court is satisfied with Jacqueline’s side, it can also drop the allegations made in the charge sheet filed by the Delhi Police.
