When Kriti Sanon Went From Thumkeshwari To Chhoti Bachchi For Bhediya Promotions

Kriti Sanon is promoting her next film ‘Bhediya’ these days. The film, which stars Varun Dhawan alongside her, has already created waves with its songs and trailer. So, when the team reached Ahmedabad to promote the film among an audience of kids, it needed some fun and dancing. In a video shared by Kriti, she is seen performing on stage with the students, who look excited to rub shoulders with the star. Next, Kriti also danced with Varun on the peppy number Thumkeshwari from Bhediya, which is ruling the music charts.
Sharing the clip, Kriti Sanon said, “Thumkeshwari becomes the “little girl” again. I’ve had the best time in Ahmedabad.” For the uninitiated, the reference to the little girl is a nod to a viral dialogue with Tiger Shroff from his film Heropanti.

On Tuesday, Varun Dhawan also shared visuals from the same incident. In his post, the star is seen animatedly introducing his character from the film to his young fans. Varun also does a werewolf mimicry – his character in Bhedia – to thunderous applause from his fans. While sharing the video, Varun Dhawan wrote, ‘Sometimes the tail also comes out of his bomb. Thank you guys, see you in theaters on 25th. Ek Dum Maja Maa Ahmedabad.
On Children’s Day, Kriti Sanon shared the inspiration behind her look in the film with a fun video. In it, Kriti shared several pictures from her childhood with the bob cut she is sporting in Bhediya. In the caption, Kriti said, “Anika’s look came from there.. my childhood.” Always keep the “little girl” alive. here’s to never growing up. Happy Children’s Day!”
Bhediya is directed by Amar Kaushik and will hit the theaters on November 25. The film also stars Abhishek Banerjee and Deepak Dobriyal in important roles. Shraddha Kapoor is seen doing a cameo in the song Thumakeshwari.
