“Yeh Hai Chahatein” actress Sargun Kaur Luthra has shed light on her character Preesha after a three-month leap and how she has become bold and emotional due to the death of her husband Rudra, played by Abrar Qazi.
In the most recent episode, Rudra is shown dying in a car explosion, and a grieving Preesha pleads for justice for her husband by putting her killer in jail. Now after the leap, it is shown that Rudra has survived but Preesha is unaware of the reality and the two have different love affairs.
Sargun Kaur Luthra said that Preesha completely changed after Rudra’s death. Earlier she was very loving and caring but now she has become more strong, bold and courageous.
“I am thrilled that the show has taken a leap as my fans will now get to see a different side of me. Preesha has always been a sweet, straightforward person, but since Rudra left, she has taken a different, emotionless look. Has behaved,” reveals Sargun Kaur Luthra.
As the plot gets trickier with new twists in the show, the actress hopes the audience will enjoy it more.
Sargun Kaur Luthra said, “The audience will be curious to know why Prisha has made such a big difference and what will happen next for Preesha and Rudra.”
It will be interesting to see how Rudra and Preesha reunite on the show and also how they try to trace the culprit who separated them.
