Nokia is all set to launch its 5G smartphone in India! The company made the announcement official via its Twitter handle. Tomorrow the Nokia G60 5G will be launched. In announcing the new 5G smartphone, Nokia also confirmed that it will be available for pre-order along with discounts and other offers in India.
“Be ready for tomorrow with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 50MP triple AI camera, superfast 5G connectivity and years of hardware and software support on the new Nokia G60 5G. Pre-booking with exclusive offers, coming soon”, Nokia Mobile Tweet in India reads. Interestingly, ahead of the official launch, the company has also revealed the specs and features on its website. Nokia G60 5G specifications and features at a glance
The upcoming Nokia G60 5G will have a 6.58-inch full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The screen also offers a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. The Nokia G60 5G has an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset paired with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. However, it can be expanded via a microSD card. It runs on the Android 12 operating system and supports 3 years updates and 2 years warranty.
For photography, it features a triple rear camera with a 50MP primary, 5MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it gets an 8 MP selfie camera. Everything is powered by a 4500 mAh battery that supports a 20W charging option.
Apart from these, it features a fingerprint sensor on the side with power key, IP52 water and dust resistance, a 3.5mm audio jack and FM radio support.
Unfortunately, there is no information about the price of this upcoming 5G phone, but it will be available in two color variants: Black and Ice.
