We recently saw the iQOO Neo 6 in India, and now Vivo’s subsidiary iQOO is crawling towards the launch of its new smartphone in China soon! It is expected to be the iQOO Neo 7 series smartphone, which is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset. Ahead of the launch, Tipter Digital Chat Station posted key specs for the iQoo Neo 7 on Weibo, according to the Gadgets360 report. The iQOO Neo 7 is expected to get some major upgrades over its predecessor iQOO Neo 6. iQOO Neo 7 expected specs
Currently, the iQOO Neo 6 is powered by a Snapdragon 870 processor, which offers a great gaming experience as well as decent camera performance with its triple camera setup of a 64MP primary lens and a 4700mAh battery with an 80W fast charging option. Now, according to the Digital Chat Stations, the upcoming iQOO Neo 7 will have a full-HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, along with eye protection features. Powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset, the iQOO Neo 7 is expected to feature a 50MP Sony IMX 766V primary sensor on the back, along with two other complementary cameras.
In addition, it can come with 120W fast charging support while being an upgrade from the current 80W fast charging capacity of iQOO Neo 6. While the rest of the specs would be somewhat identical to that of the iQOO 10 which has a 4,700 mAh dual-cell battery, up to 512 GB storage option and a 6.78-inch AMOLED display.
The iQOO Neo 7 is expected to launch in October 2022, although the Vivo subsidiary has not yet revealed any details.
In addition, Digital Chat Station claims that Vivo may launch its foldable smartphone – the Vivo X Fold S – in the coming month. It is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
