Step 1:

Open WhatsApp on your phone and chat with Zoop on +91 7042062070 by simply texting a ‘Hello’ message.

Step 2:

After which you will get a reply from Zoop asking what you want to do by offering you various options such as Order Food, Check PNR Status, Track Order, and so on.

Step 3:

If you want to order food, you have to click on the option that says the same.

Step 4:

You must then provide your 10-digit PNR number.

After this, you will be asked to confirm your PNR and other details.
