Kapil Sharma’s talk show, The Kapil Sharma Show is all set to make a comeback with its new season in less than a month. While reports suggest that most of the old cast will be back – along with a few new faces, Krushna Abhishek will not be one of them. The reason being, the actor-comedian reported having financial differences with the production house.
Now through a video shared on social media, comedian Sunil has shared how he feels after hearing this news. Pointing out that this is not the first time the members have left Kapil – read Sunil Grover, Ali Asghar and others, after making a name for himself, Pal criticized Abhishek for parting ways. Read on to know everything he said.
In a video shared on social media, Sunil Pal has reacted strongly to Krushna Abhishek’s exit from TKSS. In this, the comedian can be heard saying in Hindi, “I have heard that Bhai Krishna is leaving The Kapil Sharma Show. This show is doing well. You are getting good work and even in terms of money, you are earning 100 percent more than outside earnings. What will you do outside of this show? Same low budget serials, B, C grade films?”
Continuing further, Sunil Pal wished Krushna Abhishek all the best for the future but said, “What happens to these people? Kapil Sharma gives him name, fame and money and in the end people leave him. This does no harm to Kapil because with every passing day he is moving towards success and earning money and fame. Anyway, good luck, go. Go out and show what you can do.”
Before Krushna Abhishek left The Kapil Sharma Show, a few other comedians also participated in his headlining show with Kapil. While Navjot Singh Sidhu was the permanent guest in the first and second seasons, he was replaced by Archana Puran Singh due to controversial statements made in 2019.
Other comedians who parted ways with Sharma include Sunil Grover – after a mid-air brawl with Sharma while returning from a tour of Australia; Ali Asghar – As he felt his character was going nowhere, it was becoming stagnant and he felt there was no room for creative improvement; Upasana Singh – as she wanted something more creatively satisfying and Sugandha Mishra – was dropped after the Kapil-Sunil mid-air episode.
According to recent reports, the new, upcoming season of The Kapil Sharma Show will premiere on September 10 and will air on Sony TV on weekends at 9:30 pm. Apart from Kapil, the other comedians who have been confirmed to feature in this season are Archana Puran Singh, Sumona Chakraborty, Kiku Sharda, Bharti Singh and Chandan Prabhakar.
