Star comedian Raju Srivastava has been battling for life and death in the hospital for more than a week. Fans from all over the country are praying for his life. Raju’s friends including Rajpal Yadav and Sunil Pal have been sending wishes for his speedy recovery and sharing health updates. Now, comedian Ehsaan Qureshi has also come out sharing Raju’s health update and it is quite heartbreaking.

For those who don’t know, Ehsaan and Raju were participants in the pilot season of The Great Indian Laughter Challenge. Since then, the two have worked together and share a good equation. Ehsaan is now talking about Raju’s health and the update is really shocking and heartbreaking as he says that the doctors have now deserted the fellow comedian.

Talking about Raju Srivastava to Pinkvilla, Ehsaan Qureshi said, “The doctors have given up. He has told the family that they will do everything possible to save him, and now only a miracle can save him. The news of his death is untrue, doctors have said that his brain is dead. His condition is very critical. We all friends are praying and chanted hanuman chalisa few minutes ago.

Raju Srivastava had fallen after working out in the gym on August 10. It is learned that he had chest pain while running on the treadmill. He is presently admitted in AIIMS Delhi and had undergone angioplasty the same day he was admitted to the hospital. He is currently on ventilator and his condition is said to be critical.

Meanwhile, recently comedian Sunil Pal shared a video talking about the condition of Raju Srivastava and asked everyone to pray for him. He said in the video: “Please pray for Raju Srivastava. He is going through a serious condition. Even the doctors don’t know what to do. Please pray The brain has stopped working. Please pray Get well soon Raju bhai.”
