Shilpa Shetty Broke Her Leg And Is “Out Of Action For 6 Weeks”

Shilpa Shetty took the word “break a leg” literally, she wrote in her latest post. During filming, the actress broke her leg and shared a picture of herself sitting in a wheelchair, showing her cast. The actress wrote: “He said, roll camera action – “Break a leg!” I took it literally. Shilpa, 47, who has been shooting for Rohit Shetty’s Indian Police Force, prayed to her fans for her recovery. Her caption read: “Out of action for 6 weeks, but I’ll be stronger and better soon. Until then, remember in prayer, Prayer always works. With gratitude, Shilpa Shetty Kundra.”

A day earlier, Shilpa shared a scene on the sets of Indian Police Force with director Rohit Shetty. It featured Rohit Shetty filming a fighting scene while hanging from a harness. In the caption, he wrote, “There has never been a dull moment on the sets of Indian Police Force! Raw and real! Don’t miss Rohit Shetty on the harness.”
The Indian police force also has Sidharth Malhotra, Vivek Oberoi and Isha Talwar. The web series will be released on Amazon Prime Video. In April, Shilpa shared her look from the web show, which is a part of Rohit Shetty’s cop universe and wrote: “Ready to set OTT platforms on fire for the first time. Super the action king to join his cop For the universe is thrilled!”
Meanwhile, Shilpa will also star in Sukhi, directed by Sonal Joshi. It also stars Nagendra Pratap Singh Verma in lead roles.
