NTA Opens Window to Raise Objections Till August 5. Here’s How To Do On jeemain.nta.nic
JEE Main Answer Key 2022: The NTA on Wednesday released the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main Answer Key for the July 2022 session. JEE Main answer key for Paper 1 BE, BTech paper and Paper 2 BPlanning and BARC paper was released at jeemain.nta.nic.in. And now NTA has allowed candidates to raise objections against the provisional JEE Main answer key till August 5. They can do it till 5 pm on 15th August. Candidates must know that JEE Main 2022 Session 2 Exam was conducted between 25th July. and 30 in two shifts. To raise objections to the answer key, candidates have to fill an online application form and challenge the provisional JEE Main 2022 answer key. To raise objections, they have to pay a processing fee of Rs 200 per answer challenge. “Candidates who are not satisfied with the answer key can challenge by paying a fee of Rs 200 (Rupees Two Hundred Only) per question challenged as a non-refundable processing fee,” the NTA said in a statement. NTA further stated that the processing fee can be paid through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking/ Paytm up to 5th August 2022 (up to 05:00 PM). However, NTA stated that no challenge will be entertained without receiving processing fee and challenges will not be accepted through any other means.
This year, around 6.29 lakh candidates have appeared for JEE Main 2022 July exam. TJ candidates who have not yet checked their answer key can do so by using JEE Main application number and date of birth or password.
After the answer key is picked up by the candidates, NTA will consider it and then release the final JEE Main answer key 2022 and result and JEE Main cut off marks.
According to some media reports, JEE Main Result 2022 is expected to be released on 6th August and will contain the details of percentile score, all India rank of the candidates and overall JEE Main cut off 2022.
