After a long hiatus from her workout routine, Sushmita Sen is finally back in the gym. The actress, who underwent surgery, gave her fans a big moment when she shared a photo from her gym in athletics. The photo is a mirror image and Sushmita is standing with her back to the mirror. She is in a black dress with white and pink sports shoes. The actress poses with her sweatband around the wrist. His determination on the first day in the gym showed through the hashtags that he used – “Back to Basics”, “So It Starts”, “Day 1”.

Being a fitness enthusiast, Sushmita Sen misses out on her workouts. She recently shared an old photo in which she is seen doing some core-strengthening exercises. She wrote an ode to her old self, “I miss her. Haven’t trained for over 6 months now… wasn’t enough at first… then had surgery.” Sushmita further added, “The days were counting down to hit the post-surgery 6 week mark… The post was also a promise to herself that she would resume her workout routine on 30th December. She wrote, “ Come December 30th, I break the inertia with the first day of training. That’s when my true healing begins.”

Post her breakup with Rohman Shawl, Sushmita Sen is all set to bring good vibes into her new year. She is “looking forward to an incredible 2022”. She looked back at 2021 and called it a “satisfying year”. He wrote, “2021 has been a gratifying year… with its delicious ups and downs (a graph called life). As we near the end of this year… I feel renewed with a deep sense of gratitude for all the goodness that touched my life.” He addressed his fans saying, “Incredible 2022 Wait for… the year of beautiful manifestations. Be positive…be optimistic and happy, it’s all happening for you, not for you.”

On the work front, Sushmita Sen was last seen in the second season of the web series Arya.
