On the occasion of his birthday, an old advertisement of the actor which he did for a toothpaste brand in the early ’90s got viral. Salman Khan is seen in the commercial doing crossword games with singer Alisha Chinai.

Salman Khan wears a checkered shirt in this commercial, while Alisha sports a red polka-dotted outfit. In the video, Alisha walks into a room where Salman is seen working on a newspaper puzzle. The two are then shown chatting and grinning at each other.
The video clip was circulating on social media and fans were relishing the olden days of Salman Khan. The actor celebrated his birthday in his Panvel farmhouse with friends and family members in attendance. The video’s of him cutting the cake along with Arpita Khan’s son and his dad Salim Khan standing beside him went popular on social media. Salman also had a conversation with the paps and was seen giving them witty answers when they asked him unusual questions. He also opened up about his future projects which he would be working on and revealed that Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2 is in its scripting stage.

With the 1988 film ‘Biwi Ho To Aisi’ from the film ‘Maine Pyaar Kiya,’ he made his Bollywood breakthrough at the age of 23. In this film, he played the sibling of the principal actor. He made his acting debut in the romantic flick Maine Pyar Kiya in 1989. The picture went on to become one of the year’s biggest movies. He has stayed one of Bollywood’s most talented performers since then.
