Supriya Lifescience Shares To List On Bourses Tomorrow
Shares of Supriya Lifescience will be listed on the stock market on December 28
Supriya Lifesciences, manufacturer of shares of active pharmaceutical ingredients, will list tomorrow, Tuesday, December 28. The company’s shares will be listed on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
Experts expect a healthy listing due to the company’s strong financial position, growth potential in the pharma industry and good investor response to its initial public offering (IPO).
The IPO of Supriya Lifesciences was subscribed 71.51 times during December 16-20.
The allotted quota of non-institutional investors was subscribed 161.22 times, followed by retail investors 56.01 times. Qualified institutional buyers also showed keen interest in the public issue as the portion set aside for them was subscribed 31.83 times.
The company has raised Rs 700 crore through its public issue, which includes a fresh issue of Rs 200 crore and a sale offer of Rs 500 crore by promoter Satish Waman Wagh.
