Disha Patani has wrapped up the shooting of her schedule for Yodha, the first film in Dharma Productions’ first action franchise. In it, the actress will be seen sharing screen space with Sidharth Malhotra, who keeps the film in the limelight. The actress, who has wrapped up shooting for her part in the film, penned a heartfelt note for the Yoddha team. Sharing a picture in which she is seen doing a finger heart gesture – which has been popularized by K-pop artists – Disha wrote, “Thank you to my most wonderful team, Warriors, for such an amazing experience Can’t wait.” In the image, she is seen alongside Sidharth Malhotra and the film’s director-duo Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha.

Disha Patani also shared a funny video on the last day of shooting, in which she is seen having fun with Sidharth Malhotra. In the clip, the two can be seen singing along the lines of, “Who’s sexy? I’m sexy,” amid laughter. In the caption, Disha Patani said, “And it’s a rap.”

Sidharth Malhotra posted a heartfelt farewell to his leading lady by posting the same video on his timeline. In the caption, he wrote, ‘And this is a wrap for our lady warrior. Thanks,” tagging Disha Patani.

Earlier, both the costars were seen playing with a cute dog who had come to meet them on the sets. Sharing a video of the cute pooch, Sidharth Malhotra said, “Real sexy on our Yoddha sets.” Disha Patani quipped to comment on the dog’s feelings and said, “Heera doesn’t seem very happy, lol.”

Recently Disha Patani announced her association with the film through a social media post. Along with a poster of the film, Disha wrote, “So happy to be a part of this action packed journey! I’m ready for take-off, guys, come on.”

Producer Karan Johar also confirmed the same when he shared the posters with the names of the film’s two lead actresses – Disha Patani and Raashi Khanna. “Warrior’s phenomenal and extraordinarily talented female protagonists are here! Welcome to the family of fiery, gorgeous and always charming Disha Patani. With Raashi Khanna, who brings her radiance and innocence to the role like no other!” She wrote.

Yoddha is scheduled to release in theaters on 11 November 2022.
