Gurgaon School Reopening News: Closed earlier this month due to air pollution, private and government schools in Gurgaon will reopen with the COVID protocols from Friday. An announcement to this effect was made by the Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon, Dr Yash Garg. He said that the COVID guidelines would be followed in all the schools. Due to rising pollution levels, schools in four districts of Haryana were closed till November 17. Earlier, the Haryana government had announced the closure of schools for a week starting November 13, 2021. However, due to air pollution, the state government issued another order to close all educational institutions across the state till further notice. The classes were continuing through online mode. On the other hand, the national capital also closed schools, banned construction activities, advised government and private offices to work from home to reduce vehicles on roads by 30%. However, the Delhi government on Wednesday allowed the resumption of classes from November 29.
