Zeeshan Khan questions Bigg Boss 15 house rules; asks ‘Has the definition of violence changed?’ (Photo Credits – Instagram; Facebook)

Actor Zeeshan Khan is known for his performance in Kumkum Bhagya. However, when he participated in Bigg Boss OTT, he kept his word. Initially considered an underdog player, Zeeshan stunned everyone with his strategic gameplay and worked hard to execute his tasks. However, his journey at the BB OTT house came to a halt when he got into a major tussle with Prateek Sahajpal.

Seeing that the game format of Bigg Boss has a ‘strict rule’ prohibiting physical violence, Zeeshan was asked to leave the house, thus ending his winning streak in the reality show. However, we can’t help but wonder if the violence rules of the format are subjective, given the extreme physical violence we have seen recently in the Bigg Boss 15 house.

If you take into account the instances where Karan Kundrra slapped Prateik during a task and how Simmba pushed Umar into the pool, it seems that the game show format modified its stance on physical violence at home Is. Zeeshan Khan took to his Twitter to question whether resorting to violence at BB House was the ‘new normal’.

Zeeshan Khan tweeted, “Being a huge fan of the show before a contestant, I wonder why the rules are different for all the housewives living on the same stage. From Karan to Simmba everyone has denounced the violence. Have taken recourse and are still at home. Has the dictionary definition of violence changed?”

For those who don’t know, Zeeshan pushed the latter from approaching him after being repeatedly provoked by Prateek during a captaincy task. However, terming it as violent behavior, Bigg Boss removed Zeeshan from the game completely. The actor, who was vocal about the unfairness of his eviction, received support from his Kumkum Bhagya actors Mugdha Chaphekar, Sriti Jha, Rehna Pandit, Suyesh Rai and Kishwer Merchant among other industry friends. In fact, even the fan club of Rashami Desai and Asim Riaz stood behind the actor, terming his eviction as unfair. Do you think so too?
