NEET UG 2021 Result Date & Time Latest Updates: Here is good news for the medical aspirants who are waiting for their results. As per the latest update, NTA is likely to declare the NEET UG Result 2021 before Diwali. Some media reports have claimed that NEET UG result 2021 will be declared on or before 30 October. Candidates should note that the minimum marks required to clear NEET is 50 percentile, however, the marks required to get admission in colleges vary from year to year and from college to college. Experts in this matter estimate that this year the marks may be less as compared to last year. It is to be noted that in 2020 the cut-off score for general category candidates was 720-147, while for SC, ST and other backward classes students, the range was 146-113.

After the declaration of NEET UG 2021 result, candidates need to check the cut-off score. Students can find out the cut-off marks by taking into account various factors such as the number of students who appeared for the exam this year, the total number of seats available and the difficulty level of the exam.

Notably, this year, more than 16 lakh students appeared for the NEET 2021 held on 12th September, moreover, this year the number of seats has also been increased and the difficulty level has increased.

  • Go to neet.nta.nic.in
  • On the homepage, click on the link which reads ‘NEET-UG Result 2021’. (Once NTA releases the result)
  • a new page will appear
  • Enter the credentials and click on submit option
  • your result will appear
  • Download the result and take a printout for future use
