It’s A Good News For The Mehra Family As They’re Granted Bail In Domestic Violence Case
Karan Mehra’s estranged wife Nisha Rawal had filed a case against Mehra and his family for domestic violence in July. The Mehra family is not out on anticipatory bail granted by the High Court.
Nisha Rawal on May 31 2921 filed a case against Karan Mehra and his family in Goregaon Police station. Nisha accused Karan of domestic violence and of withdrawing more than INR 1 crore from her bank account. The case was filed under IPC sections 498-A, 377, 406, 323, 504 & 506 r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.
Karan opening up about the entire situation says that these sections mean cruelty with respect to dowry, sexual assault, violence, etc. filed by Nisha against him, his old parents, and his younger brother. Although his parents have not even visited Mumbai in the last two years.
Karan also shares that it has been a difficult time but thankfully, the court granted a judgment in our favour. Being granted anticipatory bail means that him, his old aged parents and his brother will not be arrested in the alleged false cases filed by Nisha against us. Karan also shares that he has the proof to prove his innocence which he will show in court.
Nisha had previously revealed that she doesn’t want any alimony. What will he provide Nisha with that she haven’t given him? The duo built everything together. Nisha started earning at a very young age and supported him throughout even before he became a part of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. She has done so much work and whoever she collaborated with will vouch for the fact that Karan was in charge of the commercials

Karan Mehra and Nisha Rawal couple tied the knot in 2012 and welcomed a son, Kavish in 2017. The duo was seen on a reality dancing show too. Karan had also couple of times on instagram shared how he misses his son Kavish and can’t wait to meet him as it’s been too long that they’ve not met.
