Singer-composer Bappi Lahiri shared an update on his health on social media on Sunday night. The 68-year-old singer released a statement on social media, writing that she is “doing well” on the health front. The singer wrote in her statement that it was “disappointing” to see “false reports” on her health. He wrote: “Disappointed to learn of some media outlets posting false reports about me and my health.” He signed the statement clarifying that he is doing fine and said, “With the blessings of my fans and well wishers, I am doing well – Bappi.”
Bappi Lahiri wrote in his post along with his statement, “False reporting.” In the comment section of his post, singer Shaan wrote: “This is really sick. #FalseReporting…don’t know how it benefits them…just creating panic and confusion.”

Bappi Lahiri is known for giving popular songs in several films of the late 1970s-80s such as Chalte Chalte, Disco Dancer, And shabby, to name a few. His last Bollywood song was titled Bhakaso was for the 2020 film Baaghi 3, starring Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor.
