ICAI CA Final Result 2021: ICAI has released the results for CA Final and Foundation (July) 2021. As per the latest update, 83,606 candidates had registered for the Chartered Accountants Final Examination (New Syllabus), 19 year old Nandini Agarwal has emerged as the topper with 614/800 marks. On the other hand, his 21-year-old brother, Sachin Agarwal has secured the All Digihunt Rank (AIR) of 18. Both of them were students of Victor Convent School in Morena district of Madhya Pradesh. Sachin and Nandini had passed 12th from school in 2017. Speaking to The Digihuntn Express, Nandini said that she and her brother were studying together from school. He further added that the two prepared together for the IPCC and CA finals. “Our strategy has been simple – we support each other but we criticize even more. When we solve a question paper, he checks my answers and I check it. There have been moments like these. It is to be noted that Nandini is currently pursuing articleship from PwC. Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal has also congratulated the brothers and sisters on the success of both brothers and sisters. Goyal tweeted from his official Twitter handle, “Congratulations to the star brothers and sisters of Morena, Madhya Pradesh!”

Speaking about his success, Sachin said that he had fights with his sister at times, but it only lasted for a while and they both went back to normal. “I would have been happy even with 70 per cent marks as I did not have high expectations but I knew Nandini would do very well. She is brilliant and deserves all the success. In many ways, she is my mentor,” said Sachin. Sachin is currently doing articleship with Gurugram based firm One Point Advisors.

Interestingly, both the brother and sister had opted for the new CA course because in 2018, when they were registering for the IPCC, the old course was already missing. Therefore, the new curriculum was his default choice.
